Bond Street Complex is a unique mixed-use renovation and addition to an existing automotive service facility located in downtown Santa Barbara. The addition to the existing service facility included 1,300 Sq. Ft. Of commercial office space, three custom residential condominium units, and one apartment unit. The 7,200 Sq. Ft. Facility’s design intent was to maximize the lot’s potential and building area. The project’s architectural theme pulls from the Spanish Colonial Revival style. The residential condominiums take advantage of the views of the Santa Barbara Riviera and the Pacific Ocean beyond.
