Murray Duncan is a registered Architect and 1978 graduate of California State Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo where he graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Murray Duncan Architects is recognized as one of the top architects in Santa Barbara with over 30 years experience, Murray offers a seasoned perspective as head of design and oversees the innovative quality of the firm’s design discipline. He has designed numerous award-winning projects ranging from campus and institutional housing to ultra high-end custom designed homes, and single and multi-family themed communities. His experience encompasses design expertise in commercial and tenant improvement and residential product types as well as land development master planning, feasibility, project theming and commercial projects.
